How we get your unit from Potchefstroom to your door, in South Africa and across SADC.

1. Where we deliver
All units are dispatched from our headquarters in Potchefstroom, North West. We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa and to Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Eswatini and Malawi.
2. Delivery costs and free delivery
Every price on our site includes 15% VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay for the unit.
- Free delivery on orders of R50,000 and above: if your order totals R50,000 or more including VAT, we deliver it free of charge to one address anywhere in South Africa, including outlying towns and farms that our couriers reach.
- Orders below R50,000: engines and transmissions vary a great deal in size and weight, so delivery is quoted for your unit and address. The delivery cost is shown on your quote before you pay.
- Cross-border orders: deliveries to Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Eswatini and Malawi are quoted per order, whatever the order value.
Delivery charges that you paid are refundable only as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch once payment has cleared and the pre-dispatch inspection and code check are complete. Delivery to main centres usually takes a few working days after dispatch. Outlying areas and cross-border deliveries take longer. We give you an estimate with your quote and the courier’s tracking details once the unit ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or border processing.
4. Collection
If you would like to collect from Potchefstroom, arrange a time with us in advance and bring your invoice. The collecting vehicle must be suitable for safely transporting the unit.
5. Inspect on arrival
Please check the crate and the unit when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery document before signing and send us photos as soon as possible. Claims for transport damage reported later may be difficult for us to recover from the courier.
6. Risk and ownership
Risk in the unit passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or on collection. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.
7. SADC deliveries
For deliveries outside South Africa we prepare the export documentation. Customs duties, import VAT, clearing agent fees and any other charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer and are not included in our price unless the quote says so. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

When is delivery free?
Delivery is free to any address in South Africa when your order totals R50,000 or more, including VAT.
How much is delivery on orders under R50,000?
Delivery on smaller orders is quoted for your specific unit and town, and the amount is shown on your quote before you pay. Send us your town or postal code for a delivery price.
Is delivery to Botswana, Namibia and other SADC countries free?
Free delivery applies to South African addresses. Cross-border deliveries are quoted per order, and customs duties and clearing fees in your country are paid by the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
Units are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing. Major South African centres usually receive within 1 to 5 working days after dispatch; outlying and cross-border deliveries take longer.
